INSPECTION

VERTEX MERCHANDISING evaluates all information documenting relevant criteria on time along with making detailed reports of each inspection.

We guarantee our clients continual updates/ information on their product from the sampling stage right to the execution of the order.

Quality inspections include checking of fabric, measuring, testing and examining the merchandise to compare the results to the specified requirements.

Initial Inspection
We start our inspections from the initial stage of checking the production fabric. We insure the factory makes pre-production sample that is checked prior to commencing the production. This is done in order to prevent unnecessary alterations and rectification of the merchandise. The goods are further checked at an early stage on the sewing machines to eridicate a problem if any.

Mid-Process Inspection
Inspection at the assembly line and at the manufacturing process during production guarantees any changes if necessary and further confirms the quality of the product.

Random Inspection
Random inspection of the merchandise being manufactured is done at regular intervals.

Final Process Inspection
After the production process is completed the inspectors make sure of the acceptable quality level. They use the given specifications by the customer and also inspect the packaging and printing of the artwork for the final check.
