Vertex Merchandising will identify and assess capable suppliers to manufacture the products. We will do a complete vendor survey.

We will check the actual working condition of the factory, the inhouse facility of the production line, the checking, finishing and packaging of the goods. We will also check the production capacity per day and quality control system of the factory.

During our audit, we will check the inhouse machine equipment available for the manufacturing process. We will do random inspection of the goods being manufactured in order to see if the goods produced in the factory are up to our quality standards.

As for research and development of samples, which is of prime importance, we will ensure the factory is well equipped for handling the sampling line.
